The space Our residence is a typical Tuscan Stone House of about 100 square meters free on 3 sides and directly inserted in a beautiful Olive Grove in Terazzi and in a small Village of houses (you will therefore never be alone but at the same time you will enjoy absolute Privacy) with beams and bricks on the ceiling in every room and a beautiful private Terrace garden that in addition to guaranteeing Privacy and Relaxation will make you enjoy a Unique Panorama at all times. The microclimate of the area, thanks to the exposure to the sea breeze and 60 cm sandstone walls, means that there is no need for air conditioners to maintain an excellent natural coolness even in the hottest moments! Guest access The house is currently rented as a single unit and consists of: Ground Floor - a very large kitchen-living room with a masonry kitchen with all the appliances available (including a dishwasher) and a pizza oven (to be used only with consent) with direct access to the garden. - a living room with a sofa bed (2 seats) with the possibility of adding 2 more beds, transforming it into a room, therefore, also with direct access to the pergola and garden First Floor - Large double bedroom with 2 beds, and a wardrobe - Secondary room with 2 beds (for sizes suitable for a single or 2 children) - Shared bathroom with shower only - a room The house is completed by a garden directly connected to the house and 2 exclusive parking spaces. We are in contact with other Hosts in the area, if you are a Group of Friends or Relatives and are looking for more availability, please feel free to ask us!!! Other things to note The house is located, as mentioned, in a small village, so politeness and respect are required so as not to disturb those who live there. The 2 parking spaces are exclusively for the house, which is accessed exclusively by stairs.
