Chemillé-sur-Dême, a charming village in Touraine with a grocery store, is located at the crossroads of the 3 departments of Indre-et-Loire, Sarthe and Loir-et-Cher. You will be 30 minutes from Tours, 1 hour from Le Mans, 1 hour from La Flèche, 45 minutes from Vendôme and 10 minutes from La Chartre-sur-le-Loir (village offering all the necessary shops) The space The region is ideal for bike rides, discovering different vineyards: Jasnière, Coteau du Loir, Vouvray... visiting the Loire castles, the La Flèche ZOO, not to mention the 24 Hours of Le Mans!!! Guest access Only the accommodation is available to guests, access to the agricultural professional area is not allowed. Other things to note Cleaning is to be done before checkout and the dishes washed and put away or a fee of €20 will be charged.
