Typical house, a beautiful garden and sunshine

The house is located in the centre of Insone (Ticino), a characteristic village half an hour from Lugano. Parking is free and just a few steps from the house. The garden, sunny from dawn to dusk, will let you enjoy beautiful landscapes and open-air dinners. You will find at your disposal bed linen and towels, as well as all the essentials in the kitchen. The space The house is an old farmhouse that retains the charm of the past. The splendid panorama of the surrounding mountains will welcome you. Simply furnished, it has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms have armchairs for you to relax in. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary utensils, and a dining room with a wood-burning stove, music corner and books. The room overlooks a beautiful terrace with an outdoor table. From there you have direct access to the garden and a pergola with granite table at your complete disposal. On the first floor there are two rooms, one single and one double, and a bathroom. On the second and last floor there is a third room, also double. All the bedrooms are equipped with new pillows and duvets, chests of drawers or wardrobes and a small relaxation corner.
