Welcome to my Plovdiv and enjoy your stay at my place. The apartment is brand new and decorated with such attention to detail that you would love to Instagram it :) It’s supreme location in the heart of the city gives you quick and easy access to the city’s wonderful sightseeing, culture, shopping, dining and nightlife, while your comfort is assured by the quiet street of the building. The International Fair is just 5 min away by foot. Parking on the street is free and secure. The space The flat is brand new and it is on the second floor of a modern private building, which has been among the nominees of the prestigious Building of the Year Awards a few years ago. The apartment is accessible both by lift and stairs. The space consists of one bedroom with a comfortable bed, spacious living room with a big comfy sofa, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen box, and a balcony. There is a 50" flat screen TV with a list of national and international channels, including sports, science and kids programs. There is free fast Wi- Fi in all rooms. For your greatest comfort, the residence has been equipped with quality linen, fresh and soft towels, fine bathroom cosmetics and accessories, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is also at your disposal. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, a cooker, an oven and utensils so you can prepare your meal. For a fresh start of the day, there is a real treat for espresso lovers - an Illy machine with complimentary coffee capsules, as well as an electric kettle and a variety of tea flavors. And when you sip on your morning drink, you might as well check out the list with my favorite spots to hang out, dine and shop. Traveling with kids and babies? I know how challenging this might be. For the safety and the comfort of your children there is a baby cot and a high chair and I will be happy to provide you with other essentials - like a bottle and puree heater or even a walker or a rocking chair. Just let me know in advance and I will take care of everything. Should you need some further assistance or need some special advice, I will be happy to hear from you and help you with the matter :) Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note In case you arrive during the night, or if ,for some reason, I cannot be there for your arrival, I will e-mail you detailed instructions on how to get the keys for the flat. Should you request a cleaning service more often, it may be provided for a fee of 20 BGN/per visit. There is a washing machine and a dryer which are at your disposal. Kindly note that they are located in the service area within the building.
