Our two-story house is divided into two separate apartments with separate inputs to each. Each floor is rented separately. The floor consists of kitchen, hallway, children's room and large room divided into bedroom and guest area. The river flows in the backyard of the house, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the Botanical Garden is 20 minutes away, and the center of Batumi is 15 minutes by car.
