La Place Du Pierre is a fully equipped beautiful 12th century house in the heart of rural South West France Périgord Vert National Park. Surrounded by authentic French country life we offer our guests a rural retreat in a little hamlet, tucked away to provide a secluded & magical setting for your holiday. Spa and well being treatments are available onsite, a 9x6m pool. There is access to cafés, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, parks, lakes all within five minutes drive. The space Your cottage has a private entrance in a gravel courtyard overlooking the pool area, There is an additional private rear patio and BBQ overlooking the fields, and the forest. Set in beautiful surroundings, a stroll from the river Tardoir, and with easy access to all services. We offer you a fully equipped home with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities, large tables indoor and outdoor to seat 12 guests. The patio overlooking the gardens is perfect for evening drinks, we have BBQs, a play area, small ninja strapline and zipwire for young children, books, children's toys and games. The grass field area is perfect for outdoor games and the donkeys are near in their pasture. All bedrooms overlook the pool and gardens. Baby equipment and children's toys are stocked. Guest access All spaces, garden areas, pool area etc. Other things to note Some cots and fold up beds available if needed. Please bring pool and beach towels, however if not possible we do have them for hire available to hire at 8 euros each. All other guest towels are provided, as is bedding for all beds and cots Kitchen and bathroom pack includes dish liquid soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, toilet roll, bin bags and cleaning fluid, dish cloths, hand wash will be provided. If you have any additonal requirements or need meals providing please let us know. We can also help you arrange a chef service if you require a special anniversary, birthday or other catering planned during your stay.
