B&B Lì dai Tos

The B&B is located in a recently renovated rural house, immersed in a small village where time seems to have stood still, offering an atmosphere of tranquillity and slow rhythms regulated by the seasons. Ideal for couples, families with children, and business travellers looking for peace, the property is located a few kilometres from Udine and a short distance from the medieval village of Villafredda, which is still intact. Nearby, guests can enjoy three renowned restaurants and, just 3 km away, the town of Tarcento offers pizzerias, pharmacies, a health district, post office and banks. For horse riding enthusiasts, there is an equestrian centre 500 metres away that offers lessons, and a bridleway with the possibility of shelter for horses is available nearby. This combination of services and the beauty of the surrounding landscape make the B&B a perfect choice for those who want a relaxing and authentic stay. The space Guests have access to an entire floor converted from the old granary, featuring exposed chestnut beams. This space includes three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, and the possibility of adding a third and fourth bed. A cot and a crib are available on request. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the large family kitchen, where in the winter months a "spolert" heats the room. Ines will be happy to entertain guests during breakfast and to prepare special breakfasts on request, taking into account any food allergies reported at the time of booking. From the first floor, guests can access a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing. In addition, the house has a courtyard with a garden, perfect for eating your own food, provided you leave everything perfectly clean. Guest access The property offers direct access to a variety of outdoor activities, ideal for walking or cycling through woods and vineyards, and along the nature trails of the area. Guests can explore the surrounding hills, rich in food and wine itineraries, and visit frasche and osterie to taste typical local products, including the famous Friulian grappas. The strategic location of the property allows you to easily reach places of historical and artistic interest, as well as the sea and mountains of Friuli. In addition, the start of the Ipovia ring offers the possibility of shelter for horses. Guests have access to the terrace to relax outdoors and can go down to the kitchen for breakfast, ensuring a comfortable and immersive stay. During your stay The family lives in the house and will be present in accordance with work and daily activities. For a choice of comfort and relaxation, our B&B is NO TV, but there are books (especially for children) in English, French, German and Italian. Children must be supervised if they go down to the garden. For the little ones, mum can warm up milk or baby food in our kitchen and use the necessary utensils. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, in the living room and in the bathroom, but it is possible to smoke in the outdoor spaces, equipped terrace, or in the courtyard with garden. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and must be left in the tilt position. It is forbidden to consume meals inside the rooms. In summer, guests can eat their own food using the garden or terrace table, leaving everything perfectly clean. Breakfast is served according to the time agreed the previous day, from 7:00 to 9:00. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m., with other times to be agreed. Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, with change of bathroom set every two days and if necessary. Changing the sheets in the middle of the week and if necessary. Free outdoor car parking, with the possibility of indoor parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Free bicycle service (two or more) and public bus service within walking distance. We host small pets trying not to create discomfort for our own: a female dog and two cats. To shelter the horses, you must contact the stable under the "Villafredda" tavern or the riding school 200 metres away. We speak Italian, Friulian and a few words of French and English. The washing machine and dryer can be used on request, with any damage to be reimbursed.
