The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Apartment House. In an extraordinary location just 50 m from the foot of the ski slope, and in summer an excellent starting point for hikers, cyclists and lovers of all sports, there is an apartment house built in 2008. Suitable for families with children, young couples, the elderly, accessible to everyone. In the immediate vicinity of Hotel Larix**** Ramada Resort Kranjska Gora, Aqua Larix Water Park and Casino Larix. Only 100m from the center of the village (shops, bank, health center). The space The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, 38m2 in size and has an additional, direct exit to the parking lot. It is located on the SW side of the building on the ground floor. It overlooks the ski slope in winter and pastures in summer (50 m away). It can accommodate 4-5 people. The bedroom has all 4 beds, so it's not too big. It is equipped with a large double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a bunk bed (2 beds) of 90 x 190 cm, where children love to sleep. Extra bedding is always available in the bedroom if you need it. The living room is therefore larger and offers more daylight. It has a comfortable sofa measuring 195 x 150 cm with excellent suspension and is therefore suitable for comfortable sleeping of 1-2 additional people. In the same room, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances (glass-ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster), with household utensils, plates, cutlery, dishes and pans to prepare dishes in the way and to the taste that your loved ones prefer and at the hours that suit you best. In the same room there is a large dining table (140 x 90 cm) of oval shape with 6 seats, where you will comfortably sit and eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The living room also features a large flat-screen SAT-TV with cable connection. At the same time, a router for wireless WI-FI, which works great throughout the apartment. Part of the dresser is also a cabinet for the youngest, which we call a reading and playing corner, as it has several types of board games and books and picture books for children. The living room and bedroom are connected to the bathroom, which has all the basic hygiene equipment you need (shower gel, hair shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, toilet paper). The bathroom has a shower and toilet and always enough towels to use. The bathroom is separated from the main entrance by a hallway, where there is a large wardrobe where you can store all your luggage. Ski storage and shared bicycle storage are available in the basement of the building. Around the building there are private parking spaces, arranged and precisely defined for each apartment separately. Guest access Access to the apartment is possible from several sides. From the main road leading to the center, turn in front of the Hotel Larix/Ramada to the far right towards the ski slopes/pastures in summer. The first entrance is possible through the main entrance of the apartment house, which is located on the north side of the house and is visible from the road. The apartment is located on the ground floor immediately on your right. The second entrance, which guests prefer to use, is located on the south side of the building, which you can reach by driving around the building and parking on the corner SW part of the building facing the ski slope. There is also a reserved proprietary parking space for your vehicle. This entrance allows direct access from the parking lot to the apartment through the glass door directly into the living room. This way, you can drop off all your luggage directly from the vehicle to the apartment upon arrival. In this outdoor part of the apartment, there is a folding wooden garden furniture (table, chairs, bench and umbrella) for you to sit in the fresh air in the mornings and evenings. Other things to note We will contact you no later than 3 days before your arrival and send you all the instructions related to your arrival by e-mail. There is a possibility of a personal reception if you can plan your arrival during the hours specified in the house rules. Otherwise, you always have the option of picking up the keys in the key box, which is safely located at the meeting point, where there is also an entrance to the common areas for storing bicycles in summer and skis in winter in the basement of the building, which you can access via the external staircase along the eastern part of the building from the side of your parking space. We will make sure that the apartment meets high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and that all contact points are properly disinfected, and the space is fresh and ventilated.
