Jurassic Coast Cottage... sea views and garden

Fantastic location on the Jurassic Coast with stunning rural and sea views! Well equipped, comfortable, light and airy, 3 bed self contained cottage with a log burner for cosy winter nights. Large patio + enclosed garden. Close to wonderful scenic walks on South Coast path, 300 yds to clifftop (rugged access to beach) + pub. Well behaved dogs welcome! We endeavour to offer a 'home from home' experience and the cottage is perfect for relaxing, walking and exploring...but not for parties! The space Our cottage is a fabulous light and airy three storey Edwardian home with stunning views of both open countryside and the sea... It has three bedrooms, and can accommodate five people. It has a well-equipped, modern kitchen, two bathrooms and a sink/loo off the master bedroom at the top of the house. Wi-fi is fibre and quite fast. There is a large deck-area outside, with patio furniture and large sun brolly. A couple of steps down to the garden leads to an area where you can barbecue. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs and the garden is - as far as possible - dog-proof! A gate at the foot of the garden leads onto the road. There is off-road parking for one medium sized car in the courtyard outside the front door. Please read section ‘Other things to note’ for further information. Other things to note Parking directly outside the house is possible but a little tricky. Also, the surface is very uneven and guests should take extra care. After unloading, we find it easier to park down on the road and enter the house via the garden, or walk up the main drive. Please be considerate of our neighbours' access requirements, particularly if your car is large.
