Cape Oasis Private Bedrooms

I reside in a nice residential area in Southwest Cape Coral. My home has a split bedroom floor plan ....my master bedroom on the one side of the house with two guest bedrooms and private bathroom on the other. This arrangement adds a little more of a private feeling. I live in the house full time and share the common area with my guest. Please NOTE; if you need both guest bedrooms there is an additional fee. Please contact us for more details. The space The common area is an open floor plan, including great room, dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. Also we welcome you to enjoy the lanai area with a heated pool. Please see the note regarding the bedrooms pricing for one or both. There is an additional $50per night for the second bedroom (with futon). Guest access The pool is available for guests. Please be advised about rules for this area. During your stay I am sometimes available for any information and discussion about the local area. Hopefully we can chat about the area if you like. Other things to note There is plenty of parking on the driveway in front of the garage. Please park your vehicle on the right side of drive since my car is in the garage in the left.
