1bd Blue Paradise Apt in Tivat Center

This is a beautiful 1bd apt minute of walk away from the centre of Tivat, right after the Eco Gas Station. Apt is brand new like the building and it has greatly designed kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washer in the bedroom and the apt has two balconies. The views from the living room and lovely and green and the main city park is right across. Location is fantastic as you are a second walk away from all the stores, beaches, sea, parks, etc... Apt is great for couples and families... The space This is a newly furnished apt near the center of Tivat, just a walk away from everything. Apartment has new kitchen and all new great furniture. The balcony is great and it has great green views of the city park across. All the shades are electric and automatic. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and the washer in the bedroom as well. Guest access Guests have access to the parking outside and everything that is inside the apt. There is a TV and a portable wifi in the apt of course. Other things to note # If you go from Kotor, Budva and Podgorica, you will pass the center of Tivat, then you will see an Eco pump on the right, turn right and go straight behind the pump. You do not turn right again and do not climb the hill, but you go straight down the hill and on the left is a building with a parking space. Across from the building is a school and a Health Center # If you are coming from Herceg Novi and the ferry, you will pass the entrance to Porto Montenegro, then the school and across the school you will see a brown building. If you are in a taxi, a taxi can stop right in front of the building next to the main highway, just across the street from the school. If you are in a car, you can go behind the pump and see the building and parking space on the right. # The apartment is located on the ground floor, as soon as you enter the building the first door on the left is yours! Tivat Airport is situated close to popular towns in Montenegro. For example, the distance from Tivat town is 4 km, from Kotor less than 10 km and from Budva approximately 20 km. Not far from the airport there is a tunnel heading towards Kotor and a ferry station to cross the Veriga Straits in the Bay of Kotor near Lepetane. The airport is very well placed in relation to the most important Montenegrin resorts. As there is no public bus or airport shuttle, you’ll have to choose between some of the options mentioned below. Transfers: the easiest way to reach the centre of Tivat from the airport or the other way around is to prebook a private transfer. Private transfers are also available to any other destination in the vicinity. If you have booked a transfer, a driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal Rent a car: it is possible to rent a car at Tivat Airport but is recommended to do it in advance, from home. # Additional rules If you are coming from a foreign country there is a Tourist Fee of 1e per person per night in Montenegro. This has to be done within 48 hours of the check in in the apt. When you do this you will need the name of the owner which is Murat Kinay, and they will find the apt in the their system. The Tourist Office is located in the old town.
