The apartment, with contemporary architecture, has two beautiful rooms, a living-dining room and a bedroom. Very quiet location, surrounded by nature with a magnificent view of the Jura and Lake Neuchâtel. Private terrace facing southwest with sunset. Right next to the city center, the Grande Cariçaie thermal baths, Lake Neuchâtel with its beaches, and the Jura Mountains. Private and secure parking spaces for cars and bikes. The space The apartment is furnished with a combination of designer furniture (Charles Eames, USM, Baltensweiler, etc.) and antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a compact dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue pot, and a raclette grill. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a drying rack, iron and ironing board, dishwashing liquid and soap. The private terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a bench. The 4,000 m2 garden consisting of a forest and meadows is available to our guests. Children can enjoy swings, a slide and a wooden hut. Upon request, we provide a cot, dishes and a high chair for babies free of charge. Guest access The apartment is easily accessible by public transport with a stop close to the house and by car. A private parking space is available in the yard, as well as a bicycle shelter with electrical outlets. A 22 KW charging station with a Type 2 plug is available for an electric car. Other things to note Depending on the season, our guests can enjoy organic fruits and vegetables from the garden.
