Small Room with big view

My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space. Only 15 min walk to the centre of S. Agata. Very quiet and peacefull. 40min drive from San Marino. 1 hour to the beach. The space We are literally the last house in the Village so you can expect it to be quiet and peaceful. There are unspoilt views from the house across the countryside and even walks you can do from the garden down to the river. Your hosts are very easy going and can speak both Italian and English. Guest access You will have your own room but will also have access to other parts of the house. You can use the kitchen, front room, balcony and bathroom. There is also a garage/cantina where there is a washing machine should you need it. During your stay Your host will offer any help and information during your stay that you may require. You also have your right to privacy.
