Renovated, rural and quiet traditional villa located just 3km from Campos, a town in the south of the island. It has supermarkets, pharmacies, a health center and restaurants. You can stroll through its markets. You'll find paradise beaches just a short drive away. In the coastal area of Campos is the magnificent beach of "Es Trenc" and some charming seaside villages. The island's capital, Palma, and the airport are nearby via the Ma-19 highway. The space The property has a large garden, where there are palm trees, a terrace with a swimming pool, lawn, and you can also walk around the grounds, observing the wide variety of trees and plants. Children can have a slide to play on the lawn or slide down it and end up taking a dip in the pool. The pool area has a wooden porch and two large umbrellas, hammocks to relax and sunbathe, and a barbecue where you can cook to your own taste. Two covered terraces offer views of the garden, where you can eat at a large wooden table. On the ground floor of the house you can find a very bright living-dining room with large windows overlooking the pool, the garden and an interior patio. The living room has sofas, a television and a fireplace, and next to it, the dining room with a large table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a laundry room. On the top floor, there are two more double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a corner with a desk. The rooftop terrace has wonderful panoramic views of the rural landscape surrounding the villa. The house is in excellent condition, newly renovated, preserving traditional elements such as stone walls, cast iron fireplace, cobbled interior courtyard and wooden beams. It is clean and tidy. Guest access Access to the entire property and outdoors is available. Smoking is allowed outside only. Other things to note The property has been rented since 2014 with very good results, customers are very proud of their stay there. However, when changing agencies, all the good comments on the website have been deleted.
