Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host. The space The modern and comfortable 15 squaremeter room is absolutely private and quiet. Enjoy a cozy and new bed, your own bathroom with shower, WiFi and small amenities in your room, relax in our garden or have a bbq on the terrace. Guest access The apartment is not connected to the house but has a private entrance at the basement. Other things to note Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee.
