The unit is located on the second floor of the building which will require climbing stairs, there is no ramp for luggage. The studio is about 450 square feet and it comfortable accommodates 2 guests. ** NOTE: All units are located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, the 1st floor are all commercial spaces. ** The kitchen space is fully equipped for cooking, it features an electric stove, a double sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, a small energy saver fridge and solid surface countertops. There’s no parking lot for the apartments, there’s only free street parking and a parking garage across the building that charges hourly. Long Term guests will obtain one access card to park their car at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal across the street for a fee; it is a covered multilevel parking garage accessible to guests 24 hours a day.
