An extremely comfortable retreat experience for recharging yourself with water, sun, nature and quiet. This new cottage is on seven secluded acres, ideal for remote working or small reunions. The spring fed lake is wonderful for swimming, kayaking , fishing, pontooning or simply relaxing on the large decks. Kayaks, row boat, paddle boards, and pontoon INCLUDED. Ideal for introducing children to tent camping, wildlife and fishing. The space The cottage was built in 2018, and has three bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and locked door. The second bedroom has a queen bed, lake view and locked door. The third bedroom has two queen bunk beds. It is an ideal setting for setting up tent camping for children, with several sources of outside lighting. There is also a beautiful screened in 10x12 pagoda. The kitchen has all new appliances, several coffee makers, dishes, and pans. There is an outside grill and tables with umbrellas. There is a large decked fire-pit area with seating and gazebo. Guest access The lake is very private, quiet, and no public access. The owners try to keep it natural and quiet by allowing no motors, any loud outdoor music, and being sensitive to any fisher people on the lake. Fishing is usually fantastic for bass, pike and a variety of pan fish. Parking for RV campers but there are no RV dumping options. Wood provided free for campfires. Other things to note Cell phone range is limited but there is fiber optics WIFI for internet access and your phone connection. The lake is surrounded by Lilly Pads about fifty feet out from shore, which make it great for bass fishing. There is a floating dock to the lake, swim raft, kayaks, row boat, paddle boards and floating tubes. The lake is approx.60 feet plus and spring fed that is great for swimming.
