Aria Villa
Description
An old, traditional, really beautiful residence built on a magic landscape, scurred our desire to create this wonderfull villa. Our vision to create a hostile and friendly place was fulfilled after a great scale and diligent reconstruction - in order to order to provide all comforts - and with rerpect to the history of the house - so as to keep the original culture, colour and aesthetic. The space Our concern is to preserve all the elements that link the building with the history of the area and its residents. The rocky soil that seeped the house like a piece of art highlighted in an innovative way and tied in harmony with the modern construction materials. At the same time we cared to offer the visitor all means to cover all the modern requirements for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In this respect among others a lovely swimming pool added to offer guests relaxation and wellness. Surrounded by aged olive trees with a backdrop of green hills and overlooking the lacy beaches of the island and the real blue Ioanian Sea, it offers piece and calm being a shelter of beauty and relaxation that enchants the visitor. It remains only one more thing: DISCOVER THE HIDDEN SECRETS Guest access In the entrance of the villa, there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the first floor where there are two romantic bedrooms with their own bathrooms and their own verandas with amazing views. The third bedroom is separated from the other parts or the house and is located next to it with its own bathroom also. As for the outside area in the front yard there is a BBQ which is furnished with a big wooden table under a beautiful wooden pergola.
