Condo is a 6 minute drive from Fort Myers Beach and 1.5 miles from bridge to Sanibel Island and Captiva. We provide all linens including beach towels, as well as beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.) The space This condo has all new appliances and new beds. Pool is located directly in front of condo building, as well as double tennis courts. Guest access Guests have access to the whole condo, the pool, tennis courts and fitness room. If guest wants to golf, the golfing privileges can be transferred for a fee of $350 for duration of their stay Other things to note If guest wants to access the bar & grill at the club house there is a strict dress code, details will be made available.
