Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden. The space The studio comprises of bedroom and area to sit and relax. It has a kitchenette with a countertop oven and hob. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans, and under counter fridge/freezer. The double doors to the patio make the space beautifully light and airy. Good sized en-suite bathroom with powerful shower. The studio has blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The patio has a table and chairs and in the good weather it’s lovely to sit out and relax, read a book or have a glass of wine. The studio gets the sun in the mid/late afternoon. Guest access Guests are able to access the studio and private patio. Also sole use of washing machine which is in a separate outbuilding. Other things to note Our space is a private guest suite attached to our main house and whilst the studio is fully insulated, it is not totally soundproofed and some low frequency noise may be heard from time to time during the day.
