2 guests: Non AC twin room with fan @ Fortkochi

Christville Homestay in Fortkochi is located in a safe and quiet residential area. Our rooms are basic rooms with basic amenities. The property is inside a laneway, just 1 minute walf from the road. There is a roof top garden, where you can relax and enjoy fresh air. Breakfast is not included in the rate. Breakfast, if required, will be provided with an extra cost of Rs.175/- per head. The rooms have AC facility also. If required guest can use it with an extra payment on arrival. The space We are a Homestay, situated in Fort Kochi. The Host stay with the family on the ground floor of the house. The upper floor rooms are provided to the guest for accommodation (first and second floors) Kindly note there is no elevator, the rooms are accessible by stairs only. The property has 4 basic twin rooms with fan of the same category. Any of these rooms will be provided to the guest as per availibility. The pictures of all 4 rooms are given for the guest reference. These rooms have AC facility also. If required the guest can use it with an extra payment on arrival. Guest access Our prestigious guests can have access to our small garden, terrace and the dining area. During your stay We are dedicated ourselves round the clock to assist all our beloved guests to make them feel the family ambience. I stay on the ground floor of the house with my family. The guests are always welcome to my home for any assistance or help. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the rate. Breakfast, if required, will be provided with an extra cost of Rs.175/- per head. Room has the facility for AC also. The guest can use the room as AC with an extra amount of Rs. 500/- per night. This amount can be paid on arrival. Strictly no visitors are allowed after 9 pm. No loud music and decorations are not allowed too.
