You’ll love my place because it's a great hangout spot it’s warm cozy clean and comfortable, has a double shower wet room, a proper kitted out kitchen, everything works, it's not noisy, we have great neighbours and it's safe. There's a big comfy sofa with bedding for an extra person and also an outdoor patio area. The space In addition, Parking Permits are available (please ask), there is also a bar fridge in the lounge. There is a big flat screen tv with Freeview and a full CD/DVD Audio Visual system with an HDMI lead and audio lead for hooking up your devices for films and music. The bedroom has a seperate flat screen monitor that has an HDMI lead a 1/4 jack audio lead and a VGA lead for external devices and also a DVD player There is ample storage and hanging space in the bedroom for clothes. The flat has full central heating and thermostatic showers.
