Bright and convenient studio with garden, on the outskirts of Bern. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The main room opens on a little terrace and garden. A parking lot is available on the property. Total room size is 25m2. There is a bus 225 meters away, By public transportation it takes 30 minutes to Bern main train station. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Open fields are nearby and are nice to have a stroll and admire the Alps of the Bernese Oberland. The space It is a Studio type of Airbnb with self entrance door, totally separate from the Host entrance door. It has own Toilet with Shower, fully equipped Kitchen, small washing machine inside the Studio, has no living room but has own Garden for you to hangout after a day of Sightseeing. Guest access You have fully access of the Studio and the Garden in front of it. Other things to note What are NOT including for short stay Guests are: 1.Making the Bed. This is not including in the price, please inquiry in advance if you need this service. 2. The handling of your Garbage Please recycle your Garbage that we provided in front of the Studio. 3. Nespresso Capsules are not free due to the recycle matter as we must bring it to special recycle in the supermarket. 4.Pets hair Cleaning. Guests with Pets are allowed when indicated in the booking for maximum of 3 days stays and the handling of cleaning of the pets hair done by the Guests at the check-out day. What including in your stay for short stay Guests are : 1. Towels, bed sheets are free per stay including the washing in the end of your stay. 2.Coffee instant, coffee filter, Coffee decaf, Tea and sugar are all free. except the Nespresso capsules and milk. 3. all kind of oil, pepper salt, vinegar are free. Towels for cleaning are free to use as well. 4. Shampoo and shower Gel, soap, hand soap, toilet paper, disinfectant liquid are free to use as needed. 6. Some special kitchen machines ( raclette machine, Chinese fondue, Swiss fondue, table grill machine are free to use. 7. The Garden is of course free to use. 8.Free Parking Space , outdoor and for 1 car only. We are also welcoming long term rental Guests from 5 days up to 2 months maximum. There are some Terms and Conditions for long term rental, it is not the same as short stay Guests, please kindly write us the inquiry and reasons of your stay.
