The space The cabin is located close to the waterfront, on a 5 acres property (20.000 m2), at a river mouth into the Fjord. Marked paths in nearby terrain and mountains. Most recommended is the path starting at the end of the road in west, at the village Brenna. Walking on this path along the beach, in late evenings, feeling the warmth from the Arctic midnight sun, is a spectacular experience. Listening to the calm sounds of the waves from the Norwegian Sea, is like "medicine" for your heart and soul. Watching seabirds, Sea eagles, ducks and swans from the cabin's terrace. Enjoy the surrondings, with paths into the neighbor mountains, beach walking, or just a walking trip in the village. Guest access Free rowing boat. Life belts / fishing rod and life vest available. Sauna in the annex is available free of charge. Host will advice tours in the village, go hiking, or watch the midnight sun from a nearby coastline, NW side of the Island, distance of 6 km from Fredheim cabin. Other things to note Beautiful surroundings, quiet and secluded with lots of possibilities as walking along the beach, hiking, pick nick on the property, or nearby beach, or other activities. High grade of privacy. Unique possibilities to watch an unusual scenery of seabird life close to the cabin's waterfront. Hiking along the coastline from Village Brenna to Festvag or Sundlandsfjorden for spectacular panorama view to the Norwegian Sea, and to experience Midnight sun scenery or neighbor Islands in Lofoten. Hot tub in front of the Sauna, available upon prior request/ agreement. Preparation of hot tub with water supply and warming by fire wood required prior to use. Booking of the hot tub 1 day prior to use. Price NOK 2500,- (up to 8 hours use) NB!
