Private Apartment south of Salisbury- Not near OC

Our apartment is available once again - after a few back to back long term rentals. We overlook the Manokin River and unspoiled marshes. We are NOT in Ocean City. It takes 5 minutes to groceries or 22 minutes to Salisbury. Easy drives to Crisfield, Chincoteague and perfect day trips to local beaches. Excellent venue to work from home, college parents, nature lovers and photographers. Elevated views of river with the quiet enjoyment of nature with all the comforts of home. The space We are not near Ocean City, please check the map from the town of Princess Anne. When inquiring it would be helpful to know what is bringing you to the area. We rent monthly, just send us a message if you are interested. This private get-away features two full bedrooms, one full bathroom, full kitchen, laundry, and tv. We have WiFi; easy parking, bring your kayaks to launch into the Manokin river nearby. Comfortably sleeps four, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Watch the sunrise over the marsh from the living room and deck; watch sunset over Manokin from large deck. Our internet can support those that wish to work from home in the apartment with a dedicated work space. We also have great cellphone coverage for the major carriers. We are honestly an hour from Ocean City. That is without summertime traffic. I make no promises for a weekend in the summer. It is fine for a day trip but we do not recommend staying with us if you are looking for the OC lifestyle and nightlife. Please search Princess Anne to whichever beach you are interested in visiting. Guest access We live on property. The entire elevated apartment is yours. We will not come up unless you request it. We do however have cameras on property for security. They are only outside. We tend to keep to our side of the property during your stay to ensure your privacy. Other things to note We share our driveway. Please pay attention to directions and house numbers. Please drive slowly down our .70 mile lane at all times ! Children, neighbors, pets, wildlife and myself use it regularly for walking, running and enjoyment.
