Recover in our yurt, in a hidden beauty and place full of magic from the stars at night, to the energy of the mountains The yurt is found on our estate overlooking Pantà d Escales in the Betesa Valley. Around here, there are trails to walk and explore unmarked to another world and different views, between the trees and the water. Also within 1 hour of access to Aigüestortes National Park, Mont Rebei and closer to the Panta d'escales where you can kayak The space The space is off the grid (but with a solar panel for phones/laptops if needed) and inspired by nature, we want to make the experience complete and rewarding for others to enjoy. But if you need a phone signal, it's here. We have a small kitchen inside and a fire pit outside to cook meat and fish, etc. In summer when there is a lot of rain we close the walls and the ceiling, and we open for the sun. In July and August at noon when there is a lot of sun, inside the yurt it can be hot, (25-30 degrees) So we have hammocks and 2 sun loungers outside and it is also possible to drive to the lake, which is 5 km away to bathe, and put the hammock quietly in the shade. In August, at night, usually after 7:00 pm, it is cool again. Some days it's cool all day (Also even cooler is the small, natural pool in the stream at the end of our road.) If you want to take an active role, we can show you how to open the roof I'm also happy to do it whenever it's what's necessary to make you feel more comfortable In winter I have installed the wood stove next to the bathroom inside the yurt. Guest access You have access to our 6m diameter yurt, private meadow, the yurt that includes a double bed, sofa bed and the possibility of a crib for children There is an outdoor shower with hot water during the day with views of the lake A hammock and two sun loungers with mosquito nets for outside The yurt and beds are protected by mosquito nets (although they are only necessary during the summer months at night) Dining amenities and an underfloor refrigerator. We put ice blocks in manually and change them as often as you like. Winter: The indoor shower is provided by heating water in the stove next to the bathroom inside the yurt. The outdoor shower and toilet are 10m to the side. Off-road parking space. If you request it, we can show you the vegetable garden and the garden, etc. In case you need more comfort (with a baby, a small kid...), we offer to let you use our bathroom, located in the house (about 100 meters from the yurt). Other things to note Our yurt offers you the opportunity to take a break from city life and connect with nature and beautiful views The yurt has lights inside, an oven/cooker which you can heat & boil water for vegetables and coffees etc but we ask to cook things which make smoke & leave an odor like meat & fish to cook on the camp fire with the grill outside the yurt. (We provide logs to a sensible amount & can help with the fire if necessary)   . Bring your own towels please 🙂 The path from the yurt to the car can be dark at night so bring extra lights for outside if you wish 😊 The yurt has 1 double bed & sofa bed as standard, if you need a cot or kids bed be sure to ask us & we can accommodate. :) We also serve some food on demand ( you must order the day before, the earlier the better) :  Ask us for the menu! We use as much as we can organic produce from our garden & locally produced & seasonal food
