Additionally, the boat station, Pirate Boot/water sports rental, Brienz-Rothorn Railway with a nostalgic train to the mountain top, the train and bus station, as well as the tourist office for information, are all in close proximity. The luxurious accommodation itself features a spacious living room with beautiful views and an open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous terrace with a lounge! Additionally, a parking space is available for you in the outdoor area if you are traveling by vehicle. Upon arrival, hand and shower towels are provided. You will also have the option to check in using our image-based check-in guide. If you follow the instructions carefully, you’ll be able to access the apartment without any assistance from us! The image-based check-in will also show you exactly where to park. Important note: We warmly welcome guests from all around the world. We understand that some of our local customs or procedures may not always be fully understood by everyone. That’s why we do our best to provide very clear and detailed information – even if it might seem a bit excessive to guests from Western cultures. Other things to note Welcome – Important Information for Your Stay Welcome to our beautiful, high-quality apartment. We want all our guests—and neighbors—to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay. Therefore, we kindly ask for quiet and respectful guests who take good care of the apartment. By booking, you agree to the following rules: Children We only accept children aged 12 and above. They count as adults and must be included in the booking. A maximum of 7 people are allowed in total. ________________________________________ No Parties or Events – Respect Quiet Hours • Parties or events are not allowed. • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a harmonious environment for everyone. ________________________________________ Room Layout • The third bedroom is a walk-through room to the master bedroom. • You must pass through it to access the master bedroom. • It is open to the staircase below and has no door. ________________________________________ Access by Maintenance Staff • Our maintenance team may access the apartment at short notice if necessary for repairs or upkeep. • You will be informed in advance. • No explicit approval is required. • We strive to minimize any inconvenience. ________________________________________ Weather, Windows & Doors – Please Be Careful The weather can change very quickly here—heavy rain or storms can arrive within minutes. When leaving the apartment, you must: ➤ Close all windows, including the skylights on the top floor, and all doors. ➤ Turn off all lights. If weh ave rain or storm you should close the windows/doors also if you are at home. If you forget and damages occur, these costs will be charged to you. You also agree that if we notice—for example, by chance from outside—that windows are open or lights are on, we may enter the apartment without your explicit permission to prevent damage. This is only done in exceptional cases and with great care. ________________________________________ Maximum Number of Guests You may only use the apartment with the number of guests you booked for. If you arrive with more people without informing us, you agree to pay a penalty of SFR 200 per person per day, charged through the official platform (e.g., Airbnb). If you come with more than the maximum number of people allowed (7), we can refuse you access to our apartment and you will not get your money back that you paid for the reservation.
