Ideal for families, it has a portion of a private garden with a table and chairs, allowing total freedom of movement without disturbing other guests thanks to its particular layout. A few steps from the center of Busalla, the villa offers convenient private parking located about 40 meters from the B&B, ensuring convenience and accessibility for guests. The spaciousness and freshness of the rooms make this property a perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The space The B&B is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, offering a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located near the center of Busalla, it is easily accessible on foot. The property is spread across two floors, accessible via ramps of stairs, and has a private parking lot. After parking, continue up a 50-meter slope to reach the house. Inside, the B&B offers three rooms, each with its own private bathroom outside the room. The interiors are furnished in early 1900s style, with three large windows that guarantee freshness and brightness. The original late 1800s wooden floor adds a touch of historical elegance to the structure. Guest access Guests have full and independent access to the B&B, which is an independent part of the house, separate from the home of the owners who live next door. They can enjoy the tranquility and coolness of the surrounding forest in the garden equipped with tables and chairs. In addition, guests can use part of the garden, the private road and the parking lot. There are no limits to the movements of guests, ensuring a free and relaxing stay. I personally welcome guests and show them around the accommodation, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. During your stay I live in the same house where the B&B is located, a semi-detached house from the early 1900s, which makes me easily accessible and always available for guests. Guests can contact me with any questions or concerns during their stay. It is a pleasure for me to tell the story of the places that host the beb and to suggest some glimpses of Genoa. During the day, I can be found at home or in the garden, and during breakfast, my favorite time, I like to stop and have a chat with guests. Other things to note The B&B offers private parking located about 50 meters from the property, accessible via a short climb. Guests are invited to leave their cars in the parking lot to enjoy the tranquility of the garden dedicated to relaxation, where you can observe roe deer, squirrels, thrushes, buzzards, and centuries-old trees. In keeping with the relaxed atmosphere, wifi is not available inside the B&B, encouraging guests to take their eyes off their phones and immerse themselves in nature. However, all amenities are within walking distance, and free wifi is accessible in the village square, within walking distance of the property. It should be noted that, since the beb is arranged on two floors and part of the pedestrian street, it may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
