Welcome to the heart of the Pays d'Auge at the "LE PRE AUX POULAINS" gîte. In a tastefully restored old press, accommodating up to 8 guests. Carole and Gaël welcome you to their horse farm The space The cottage has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room: living/dining room, a laundry room (cloakroom + washing machine and dryer) and a games room. A terrace and a small private garden not overlooked will allow you to enjoy the outdoors with a view. Guests have private, convenient and secure parking, away from traffic. Guest access Located along Departmental Road 675, the vacation rental is twenty minutes from Caen, 30 minutes from Deauville, and 20 minutes from Cabourg or Houlgate. The “Le pré aux poulains” cottage is listed on Google Maps and Waze. For people with reduced mobility, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Other things to note Linens and towels are included in the rate from 7 nights. For short stays, bed linens and towels are not included in the rate, but we can provide them for €20 per occupied bed. For stays of 4 nights or more, the rate will be €10 per occupied bed. You can, of course, bring your own linens and towels. Please let me know your choice.
