small cozy holyday apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome. The space The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a bathroom with toilet, kitchen and a bedroom for 2 people. The bedroom has comfort beds with an electrically adjustable slatted base. Another room with a box spring bed can be booked on request for an extra charge. The place is very centrally located. There is a shortcut to the city, which after the 2nd house on the left directly past the Hotel Falkensteiner. I have booked a ski depot for my guests in the gondola station. The ski boots and skis are deposited there in the heated room, so they do not have to drag all the equipment home. Costs are the same as in the valley station, payment extra on site with me! Bread service on request. Dogs are welcome. Bag, bowl and drinking bowl, as well as 1 towel (paws). Leashes are mandatory in Schladming and the surrounding area. Along the walkway by the river, there is a dog park in about 500 m. The veterinarian in Schladming is Dr. Trinker Travel cot with mattress and blanket is available! There is sporadically a fenced garden. Our house is located directly on the Enns Valley Cycling Path! There is no smoking in the entire house, there is an ashtray at the entrance!! Guest access Please use the main entrance door and go right through the first door. Other things to note My sister and I are sporadically in the house. If you have any questions, please contact me by SMS or AIRBNB. There may be other guests upstairs in the house. If necessary in summer, I will gladly provide guests with a small freezer.
