THE SPACE The condo offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with an open living, dining, and kitchen layout—perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a quiet evening in. Curl up in the living room, cook with ease, or enjoy a meal together in the shared space. Rest comes easily here. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, an attached en suite bath, and a calm, restful feel. The guest bedroom includes a queen memory foam bed and a dedicated workspace with a large screen—ideal for focused work or streaming your favorite shows. One of the highlights of the home is its back-facing location, offering extra privacy and a noticeably quieter experience. Step outside to your private porch, where a small breakfast table and chairs overlook a peaceful wooded area—perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-down time, or a quiet moment surrounded by nature. For longer stays, convenience matters. A full-size washer and dryer are located right in the unit, making it easy to keep up with laundry and settle in comfortably. DOG FRIENDLY We happily welcome up to two dogs (sorry, no cats). Please let us know at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a pet. A $90 per-dog fee applies and will be billed through Airbnb. If pets are not disclosed at booking, the fee will be added during your stay. FULLY STOCKED FOR COMFORT We’ve taken care of the details so you can simply settle in. You’ll find paper products, cleaning supplies, pet essentials, snacks, bottled water, coffee, plush towels, bath products, and premium linens—all thoughtfully provided. None of it would matter without our exceptional cleaning partners, who ensure the condo is spotless and welcoming for every arrival. Optional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee. ACCESSIBILITY The condo is a single-level, ground-floor unit; however, it is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. There are approximately 8 steps into the main building and another 8 steps down to the unit. The building does not have an elevator. This is a calm, comfortable place to pause, settle in, and feel at home—especially when life is in transition and you need space for your next chapter to take shape. Guest access You have the whole condo to yourself. The only exception is the owner's closet.
