Artful Attic Apartment Near Vienna

The cozy and spacious apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century house. It is suitable for solo travelers, groups, families, and business travelers. The apartment is situated in Bisamberg, a wine village in Lower Austria. By car, you can reach the Vienna city limits in 10 minutes and the center of Vienna in 30 minutes. The bus station to Vienna is only 1 minute away from my house. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in 17 minutes. I am also happy to provide you with a bicycle. The space You enter the 68 m² apartment through your own private entrance. A small foyer with a wardrobe leads to the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. I provide soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and an infrared heater. From the entrance area, bathroom, and toilet, stairs lead up to the attic apartment. The apartment (loft) is bright and receives ample natural light through three skylights and a window front facing the garden. Through 2 skylights, you can catch a glimpse of the Bisamberg. It is a spacious room with a small adjoining room. In front of the window front facing the garden, there are 3 single beds (sofas with cushions), and opposite the room, there is a double bed. Adjacent to the double bed, there is a desk with office supplies, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit, Aroma diffuser with essential oils In a small room behind the elevator, you will find additional blankets, a clothes drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. For your clothes, there is an open wardrobe consisting of a hanging rail with hangers, shelves, and a dresser. The kitchen is located under a skylight. This kitchenette, which is small (teakitchen, not a built-in kitchen), features a double induction hob, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a rice stove, cooking and dining utensils, glasses, and much more. In the small adjoining room, there is a sink, a mini oven, a coffee capsule machine, an electric kettle, and a Sodastream. Tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are available for your use. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table with 5 chairs, and behind it, there is a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. The books range from non-fiction to novels, with most of them in German. I provide you with informational materials about events, nature, restaurants, attractions, and museums in Vienna and Lower Austria, as well as an English-language guidebook about Bisamberg and the Weinviertel. Facilities for families with children include a baby travel cot, a high chair, a children's tableware set, socket protectors, stair gates, corner protectors, board games, children's books, and toys. Facilities for business travelers include a workstation for laptops, office supplies, free Wi-Fi, access to a Brother DCPL3550CDW printer, a small safe, and a mobile phone charger. Facilities for travelers with dogs include a food bowl, a water bowl, and towels. In summer, you can share a 70 m² terrace on the ground floor. There are public and free parking spaces in front of the house. There is also the possibility to store bicycles in the house corridor. In 8 minutes, you can walk to the center of Bisamberg, in 30 minutes to the top of Bisamberg (Elisabethhöhe), in 20 minutes to the Danube, and in 27 minutes to the ferry connecting Korneuburg and Klosterneuburg across the Danube.
