Then discover the riches and many activities that the region offers. 2 bikes available ♥️ The space Rather than passing on the cost of linen and cleaning in the price of your rental, we leave you the choice of whether or not to take the linen and/or cleaning packages in addition. These options, if you take them, will be paid on site and are therefore not included in the amount charged by Airbnb. - Linen package: Sheets (beds made) + 2 towels per person: €10/single bed, €22/double bed. Towels only: €5/person. If you choose to bring your own linens: you have two pillows and 1 duvet per person, the double bed is 160 cm wide and the sofa bed is 140 cm. Bath mats, dish towels and hand towels are provided free of charge. - Cleaning fee: The rate, adjusted according to the length of your stay and the number of people accommodated, will be specified when you book. A cleaning deposit of the amount of the package will be requested, then will be returned to you if you have paid for the cleaning before leaving. You can decide on the spot, thanking you for letting me know the day before your departure for a question of organization (if necessary, you will have all the necessary cleaning supplies in the cupboards of the house). During the summer holidays (July and August), stays of at least 7 nights are preferred; shorter bookings can only be made at the last minute if the cottage has remained free. Try your luck! Thank you for your understanding. The house: It is a spacious little cocoon, very pleasant to live in, for a stay alone, with a lover, family or friends. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities. A welcome tray with coffee, tea, herbal tea and sugar awaits you. Apart from bed linen and towels (extra charge), everything you need is provided for your arrival (notes to easily find what you need, village map, dishcloths, hand towels, bath mats, liquid soap, household products, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, board games, books and children's games, tourist brochures, large screen TV, box and wifi, 2 adult bikes, baby kit*, barbecue...) The house has 2 modular bedrooms, with 2 single beds or 1 double bed to choose from in each, a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, a small private courtyard where you can eat and smoke, a large bicycle room on the ground floor. 1st floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, private courtyard. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. Ground floor: bicycle room (2 bicycles available), selective sorting bins, old small wine cellar. You can park at the bottom of the house on the sidewalk, time to unload your belongings and settle in. But the alley being narrow in this old neighborhood, the ideal will be to park then about 100 meters away in a free and quiet parking lot (you will find an access map on the desk). Every other Thursday morning (even weeks), you will need to plan to move your car, if you have parked it at the bottom of the house, to allow the garbage truck to pass. * Baby kit, choice on request: folding crib (without sheets), infant bath deckchair, highchair or booster chair, small dish kit, potty or toilet booster, bicycle seat, outlet covers. For the little ones: we install a safety barrier at the top of the stairs during your stay if you specify the age of your children. Other things to note Parking: free and secure, 100 meters from the house (map on the desk). Washing machine: the house does not have a washing machine, but you will find a laundromat in the supermarket parking lot, before leaving the village towards Beaulieu-sur-Loire.
