Will be ready cleaned for Pesach with all necessities. The space Here are the details: Kitchen: Modern with solid white counters, lots of cabinet space, new high end kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, two ovens(can both be for meat by koshering), stovetop, large refrigerator/freezer, additional large freezer, shabbos hot water kettle, toaster oven, hot plate, 8 liter crock pot, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Glass table that extends, with chairs. Powerful dedicated Air conditioning. Special pesach Oven and Stove as well as other appliances. Dining Room/Living Room: Large solid wood table that extends to seat 18 adults. Has 8 chairs, with many additional Keter chairs available. Two china closets, and a buffet table. One gorgeous 4-seater reclining couch. And an additional 2 plush Tub Chairs. Powerful dedicated Air conditioning. Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms. The main floor has a half bathroom right off the kitchen. The second floor has a full bathroom off the hallway. Includes a large bathtub. And an additional en-suite full bathroom in the master bed room. Includes a large shower. Bedrooms: There are 4 rooms. 3 are located on the second floor. The master bed room which has brand new wide 44 inch beds, with top of the line mattresses, the en-suite bathroom, a porch, and lots of closet space. The second bedroom which has two 39 inch beds, and a large walls-length cabinet. And the third bedroom which has two 36 inch beds. And then there is 1 room located on the main floor, which we can put beds or bunk beds into. Every room has its own air conditioning system. Porches: There are two porches. On the first floor, off the dining room is the large porch. And off the master bedroom is the second small porch. Amenities: Has the famous Jerusalem winds at night(open windows, or on the porch). Windows all over, full of light. Plenty of parking. Shabbos Elevator. Washer and Dryer, with detergents. Iron with ironing board. Linen and towels. Pots and pans. Dishes. Cutlery. Shabbos candles. Large Supermarket across the street. Shul in the building, with many minyanim, including minyanim for the second days of Yomim Tovim. 5 minutes to Ganei Geula, and minyan factory with minyanim all day. A 8 minute walk to Rav Shefa mall. A 7 minute walk to the Center One mall, Yafo street, and the central bus station. There is separate Air Conditioning in each room. We are here to work with you to make your stay truly memorable.
