However, do not miss out on a good train connection to the main train station, airport, city center and trade fair. In less than 2 minutes you are at the tram stop (Waldfriedhof / Goldstein), without changing you are at the main train station in 20 minutes by tram, in 30 minutes at the Zeil (Konstablerwache), with a change to the S-Bahn it is 5 to 10 minutes less. The airport is 20 minutes away by tram and S-Bahn. By taxi, it's about 10 minutes. This is a guest room in a single-family townhouse on the top (3rd) floor. On this floor there is also a bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink and (towel) heater) that you would share with other guests if there are others. I have other rooms on the same floor as well. Check out my other listings. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room. Excellent jogging opportunities in the Schwanheimer Forest, 2 minutes away. Parking is free in front of the house, subject to availability. 2 minutes away there is a supermarket (REWE), another 2 minutes away a Thai Express (with delivery service) PLEASE OBSERVE THE HOUSE RULES. Get away from the stress of big-city life when you're done for the day. However, that doesn't mean doing without good public transportation to the main train station, the airport, downtown or the exhibition center. In under two minutes you can reach the tram station (Waldfriedhof / Goldstein). Without changing trams you can reach the main train station in 20 minutes, the Zeil (Konstablerwache) in 30 minutes and by changing to the S-Bahn (at Niederrad station or the main train station) you can reach each destination faster by 5 minutes / 10 minutes respectively. The airport can be reached in 20 minutes by tram and S-Bahn. With a taxi it takes about 10 minutes. The room is a guest room in a one-family row house on the top (third) floor. On this floor you will also have a bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink, heater and guest towels) that you would share with other guests if they are there. I also have other rooms on the same floor. There are wonderful paths in Schwanheim's forest for jogging and walking just two minutes away. Depending on availability, there is free parking space in front of the house. There is a supermarket (REWE) around the corner and a Thai restaurant reachable in 2 minutes (take out is also possible).
