Spacious beach bungalow

3 bedroom bungalow less than two minutes walk from the beach. Modern and light space with large open plan area. Separate snug, with sofa bed, that could be used as the fourth bedroom. The property is conveniently located, a 5 minute walk to the train station and town centre. Beautifully sunny space in summer and a cosy winters retreat. Please read full description. The space Airy bungalow. Three bedrooms. One King size bed (option of a single bed put in this room so to sleep 3), one double, one twin room. The snug can be made into bedroom four, by the use of the sofa bed (this is for 7+ guests). If there are FOUR GUESTS, you will have access to TWO BEDROOMS, you can request whether it includes the twin. BOOKING FOR 4 GUESTS or LESS PLEASE STATE WHICH TWO ROOMS YOU WOULD LIKE, TWIN/ KING/ DOUBLE. If you would like access to all three bedrooms there needs to be 5+ people booking (if you want the extra room put that there are 5 guests). If only two rooms are needed the other room will be closed during your stay. If you would like the extra single bed in the king room made up there will have to be 7 guests on your booking. Please contact me if you would like to rearrange which beds are made up (if for instance, you are a booking of 5 and you have a child that needs to sleep in your room and you don’t want the third bedroom made up and instead would like the single in the king room). There is a forecourt in front of the property to park your car. Parking on the street is free with no restrictions and there are normally plenty of spaces. Living space is all on the ground floor, however, there is a step to get into the property, therefore I would not say it is wheelchair accessible, unless you have a portable ramp. But once inside there are no steps. Other things to note Bedding and towels included in price. Please note that beach towels are not provided. We allow well behaved dogs, however, they do incur an extra cleaning fee. Please let us know if you wish to have a highchair. Highchair is free of charge but is not in the property unless requested. Travel cot is always at the property. Please be aware that although the property is on one level, there is a staircase to the loft (the loft is closed off to guests).
