No mobile signal but broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival. The space The Barn, Soussons, is on a working farm so there will be agricultural activities from time to time in the yard. Family farmhouse is nearby. There are straight stairs from the hall (with boot tray and hooks for hanging coats) up to the kitchen/living room area. One bedroom with king size bed. Chest of drawers and swing mirror. Hanging rail is in under stairs cupboard. Second twin bedded room with chest of drawers and swing mirror. Roomy travel cot available. Please bring your own cot bedding. Stair gate and and high chair also available. The bathroom has one generously sized shower, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas hob, Air Fryer , but no oven, toaster, kettle, combi microwave cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room has two sofas and TV with Freesat and DVD player. WiFi is available but is not very speedy. Books, board games and jigsaws. Wood burning stove. First basket of logs included. Electric radiators in all rooms keep it cosy at all times. We do have much loved and treasured cats so guests and their dogs must be OK with that. We also have a very friendly harmless Labrador. Guest access Although there is no private garden, guests can enjoy sunning themselves (weather permitting!) on the bench just outside your door. Guests are also welcome to use the enclosed garden with picnic table, at the bottom of the yard. There is a huge area of open access moorland very close by. Lovely bridlepaths and footpaths on your doorstep. Other things to note From time to time there will be tractors and animals in the yard outside the barn so dogs and children need to be under good control. Please don't leave your dog on it's own in the Barn. You are welcome to explore our farm, but please be aware we have to restrict some access for your safety. Car parking - You can drive your car into the yard to unload but then please park it in the large car parking area above the entrance to the yard. Just to remind you there is no mobile signal but there is WiFi so you can e mail.
