Just 2 miles to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and 1/2 mile to outlets and dining. Enjoy 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, and a peaceful pond with fountain. No steps, wide doorways, walk-in shower, and flat entry throughout. Linens/towels available via linen service for an additional fee, must be indicated in request. We will coordinate the delivery and pickup to ensure a seamless experience during your stay. The condo is perfectly located close to everything but in a peaceful community that is quiet, relaxing and safe! Its located just off Rt.1, past the outlet traffic and behind Big Fish. (You don't have to sit in any crazy traffic to get to the beach from here!) It is located 2 miles from the Rehoboth Boardwalk and the beach. It’s a close five min walk to Big Fish Restaurant. It's an easy 7 min Uber ride to Funland on the Rehoboth Boardwalk or any Rehoboth eatery! We are also only 6 minutes to Dewey Beach, and 45 min to OCMD! Take a quick ferry ride to explore historic Cape May NJ from Lewes or stay local and enjoy the 3 pools and 2 tennis courts at the condo. We have a tranquil screened in porch with a small dining table to dine al fresco listening to music or the water flowing from the fountains in the pond. Morning coffee sipped here is a MUST! (Please note if renting during the off season months that the patio furniture is not on the patio but instead neatly placed inside as additional seating spaces) Our furniture is all relatively new and clean and our coastal decor will relax you and put you in the perfect vacation mood! Porcelain tile floors are throughout the main living space, and the bedrooms have carpeting, which we steam clean regularly but do have some wear to it. The kitchen has all appliances of home including a crockpot, air fryer and a Keurig. Fresh Market, Aldi and Giant Grocery stores, amongst others are minutes away. Parking is right outside the door with NO STEPS, providing easy transportation of your belongings and groceries. There are also 4 beach chairs available for your use. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, which makes this first floor condo perfect for those with special needs. Under the master bathroom sink is a basket with a hair dryer and extra bathroom necessities, should you forget something (toothbrushes , toothpaste, razors, emergency first aid kit, soap etc) We provide board games and books for your entertainment, along with internet & Youtube TV and a ROKU on each tv. For your convenience we also offer a full length mirror, ceiling fans in each bedroom, ironing board and iron and a washer and dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is provided. There is a $125 cleaning fee charged with each stay. There is a keyless entry on the front door and code which you will be provided. In addition, you must sign our HOA Renters Contract to comply with our HOA By Laws to rent this property. All is explained in detail on the HOA Renters Contract provided by owners before booking is complete. Please message us and include your email address and we will send you the contract asap. Also please note we provide a Rehoboth Beach Parking pass for the summer months. This pass and the pool cards must be left for the next guest upon leaving or a fine will be charged. A Welcome Book is available on site with all house rules and check in and out instructions. Guest access Sanibel Village is located in the Eagles Landing Community. The community includes 3 pools and 2 tennis courts. (See pictures) You will have access to enjoy all of these areas with a pool keycard found in the condo. (There is a fine incurred if you do not leave this pass for the next guest) Sanibel Village's pool is located one building away and is a easy walk for all ages. The other pools are also in walking distance, but may be easier for elderly or handicapped to drive to them. The pond out back does not allow fishing, although you may notice a few jumping around from time to time! Other things to note As a requirement of our HOA we do require a signed contract.
