The Dairy is a "home from home" and with dark skies and quiet nights, the location is a real getaway from it all without feeling isolated. Pretty much everything you could need is here from dog blankets and towels, to a cot and high chair, bodyboards, football goals and Scrabble! Your holiday can start with just packing your clothes and beach towels and getting in the car 🚗 The Dairy is a single-level barn conversion, ideal for couples and small families. 🛋 Living Areas: ● Comfortable living room with large leather corner sofa plus additional leather sofa ● 50" Smart TV ● DAB radio/CD docking station ● Board games, books (for adults and kids) and playing cards ● Dedicated workstation with desk, swivel chair and multiple plug sockets ● Fast Wi-Fi throughout The living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen/dining space with: ● 6-seater dining table ● Dishwasher ● Full-size fridge/freezer ● Washing machine ● Microwave ● Electric oven and induction hob 🛌 Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements ● Main bedroom: King-size bed ● Second bedroom: Two singles or one super-king (please confirm preference at booking) ● Optional folding bed for one child up to 16 years (fits in 2nd bedroom or living room) ● Travel cot available (please bring your own cot bedding) ● All beds are made up with 100% cotton bedding, with winter and summer duvets available year-round. Single beds are fitted with double duvets for extra comfort. 🛁🚿 Bathroom & Comfort ● Luxury bathroom ● Walk-in rainfall shower and full-size bath ● Central heating throughout (quick to heat up makes The Dairy ideal for winter stays) ● Unlimited hot water ● Hairdryer ● Large fluffy bath sheets and hand towels included (please bring beach towels) 🌾🌳 Outdoors, Access & Practicalities ● Enclosed patio with BBQ and outdoor seating ● Rural views for miles ● Large lawned garden (shared with 2 other barns) with swings and garden games 🥅⚽️ ● Wooden floors throughout – practical for dogs, children and sandy shoes ● Step-free inside (one step up from the gravel drive to the decking/front door) 🐾 Dogs & Parking 🚗 ● Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at no extra charge ● Off road parking for one car per barn ● No street parking available ● Please contact me in advance if you need space for an additional car as we can usually accommodate this Larger Groups All three barns at Trerice Holiday Barns can be booked together, accommodating up to 14 guests (including two folding beds) — ideal for family gatherings. Guest access The 3 barns here share a communal garden (as well as their own private, enclosed patio area) and a large secure storage shed that contains bodyboards, a BBQ for each cottage, buckets and spades, outdoor games including Giant Jenga, badminton and swingball. This shed is also perfect for guests to store bikes/surfboards/canoes etc. There is one parking space per barn. Please get in touch if you wish to bring more than one car as we can probably accommodate this. Guests have their own driveway that is separate from ours. Other things to note We can provide a cot with mattress, a high chair and a baby bath if required at no extra cost - please let me know when you book. Please bring your own cot bedding. The folding bed is intended for use by a child and for families with 3 children. Let me know if you need the folding bed as lots of our families with 3 kids end up with the kids all in the superking bed! Please let me know on booking whether you would like the beds in the 2nd bedroom set up as 2 x single beds or 1 x superking bed. The hob in the kitchen is an electric induction hob, which can interfere with pacemakers so advice is to remain 2ft away from the hob if you are fitted with a pacemaker.
