Charming studio apartment (we have 3 studio apartments, (Sol, Luna, Estrella) with garden and pool in a quiet village between the mountains and the sea. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature and the beach. Great options for hiking or cycling and fantastic nature trails, in addition to the proximity to the best beaches of Cadiz: Bolonia, Valdvaqueros/Punta Paloma, Zahara de los Atunes/Atlanterra and Los Lances. We do not allow visitors! The space Brand new studio apartment, with a porch at the entrance with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It consists of an equipped kitchen, an extendable dining table, a double bed, and a private bathroom. Common outdoor space with grass, ideal for sunbathing, resting, or reading a book. Guest access The common areas are as follows: Garden of about 150 meters, gazebo and cleaning room with washing machine, clotheslines, ironing board, iron and a wide variety of cleaning and disinfection products. Use of the pool is allowed under the sole responsibility of the guest. Parents are solely responsible for their children. Using the spiral staircase is not permitted, please do not go up to the roof! Other things to note This year the village fair is from August 11th to August 18th. There will also be music at night. The windows and doors of the apartments are made of PVC and have double-glazed windows. The pool is open year-round! We don't allow visitors!
