The Springfield Apartments are modern and cosy, located in the lovely welsh village of Hawarden, ten minutes from Chester. We live next to the property (please see our other listing, The Coach House), the apartments are located just behind. The apartments are ideal for two adults. There are two apartments in total next to each other. (Please see are other listings and contact for more information). The space The apartments offer modern living with an open plan living space, a well equipped kitchen/dining area, with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer. Tea/coffee/sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up items are all supplied. Off the lounge is a separate bedroom with contemporary en-suite shower room, all under floor heated, wi-fi, smart TV in lounge and bedroom. The bedroom has a super-king bed which can be split as a twin. In the lounge area, two sofas. Outside is a large communal garden for all guests and parking. Please note no breakfast is provided. Guest access Lawned garden with seating area and barbecue. Other guests may also use the garden. Other things to note Part of the main house also has guest accommodation with access to the garden area but there really is room for everyone, with each apartment having it's own patio furniture to use. We have a Cavachon who is learning the rules of garden.
