A beautiful 2 bedroom house in Etiler, on a hill above the Bosphorus. It has 3 floors and lots of space, sunlight and zen. This is a fantastic base from which to explore the city and absorb the atmosphere of Istanbul. It is very close to the subway and we have a bus station (and a cab stop) on the same block, is walking distance to Arnavutkoy, Bebek waterfront, the Nispetiye subway station and Akmerkez. The house is a quiet oasis in Istanbul. Guests should expect peace and tranquility right at the center of the city. Two small gardens in the back and front with fig and plum trees. There is a single car garage in the front. The floor on the street level has a large master bedroom, a second room with a double bed and a desk, as well as a bathroom. The basement offers garden access, a study area, another bathroom and the laundry/ dryer area. The most captivating part of the house is the living room upstairs, which has great art and is elegantly designed, overlooking a green valley. This area makes you feel like you are not in the city-- although you are. An eat-in kitchen with full appliances provide much of your cooking needs. TV, cable, internet, wifi, landline telephone, music systems exist. The living room and the master bedroom has split-flow AC units. Guests will have the house to themselves and I will not be on premises. However, the bottom floor of the triplex is not offered as accommodations, since that houses my painting studio. I am available through the phone or text message throughout your stay for anything you may need. The house offers easy access to: - Etiler and Levent neighborhoods with retail, restaurants and cafes; - the Bosphorus neighborhoods of Arnavutkoy, Bebek and Ortakoy with al fresco dining; - the Akmerkez shopping center; - the Bosphorus University campus; - the Maslak business district (short cab ride away). The subway station (Nispetiye stop) is 10 minutes walk from the house. There is a bus stop at the corner of the house. You will have the phone number of the local taxi stand 2mn away from the house. The house has a staircase inside, so it is not be suitable for toddlers.
