A stunning three bedroom holiday Lodge. The upper level consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a wood burner and a balcony boasting stunning views of loch Tay. Downstairs are three king size bedrooms (one with twin bed option). The main bathroom has a shower and bath. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and direct access to rear garden. Tea, coffee and fresh milk are included; as are Scottish fine soaps toiletries, fresh soft cotton linen and towels. The space We are proud to share our stunning 3 bedroom holiday lodge with beautiful views of picturesque Loch Tay. Our property is a new build, furnished the highest standard with comfort and style at the forefront of our mind. From the extensively equipped kitchen to living area boasting quality sofas with games console and karaoke machine and reading corner with books and ready reader spectacles. To our extra large dining area with four seater leather dining bench and four antique re-upholstered dining chairs ideal for socialising after a busy day exploring. Downstairs there are 3 kingsize bedrooms offering luxury and the pinnacle of comfort with 100% cotton bedding and towels and ultra comfortable mattresses. We also offer 4 further fold down beds ideal for larger families travelling with young adults or children. We enjoy luxurious travel and hope to provide this standard for our guests. Scottish fine soaps toiletries are included as are tea coffee and fresh milk on arrival. Any personal requirements can be considered upon request. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the property. Other things to note If traveling on the A9 either via Perth or Inverness, turn off onto the A827 and follow the road through Grandtully and Aberfeldy. Balnaskeag is off the A827 just before arriving at Loch Tay and Kenmore Village.
