The house is set on the tuscan countryside, just 20 km away from Florence. It is in a great position to visit many of the highlights of Tuscany and the wine region of Chianti. We rent the ground floor of the villa, which is 90 smq and has a living room with kitchen, a main bedroom, one bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bedroom. The house has a beautiful and spacious garden with patio, barbeque and a table for your dinner "alfresco". There is also a big pool overlooking the tuscan hills The space The property consist of two villas, one is the villa of the owners and the other one is the villa that we rent. It is divided in two apartment,we rent the apartment on the ground floor. The guests are welcome to use the whole garden, the pool, the patio and the barbeque. The pool and the garden are shared with the owners and with the guests of the other apartment that we rent. Guest access Guests have access to the shared pool with the owners of the house, guests have a private patio with a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue. They have access to the entire garden. The owners' dog is in the garden, in its enclosure. Other things to note Great location to visit all the highlights in Tuscany. You cam reach Florence in 20 minutes.
