Guest access How to access apartment ‘1B’: Front gate of property says ‘No1 Beaconsfield’: you walk up the slate gravel path and you will see the steps DOWN to apartment ‘1B’. That’s your black front door down there at the bottom of the steps, with 1B on it. Welcome! You get the whole self-contained apartment. The layout sees two separate bedrooms and a bathroom set off a hallway which in turn leads through to a kitchen, dining and living area. Directly at the rear door there is a decked area which you are welcome to use. Two red canvas garden chairs are in the interior boiler cupboard just next to the rear door. Very secure doors at both front and rear. There is usually plenty of free parking out front. Other things to note The West End of Glasgow is famous for its history and culture. It has all the shops and dining you'd expect in a wealthy inner suburb equivalent to areas of London like Hampstead, Islington or Richmond. Vibrant restaurant and café life and near to the Glasgow University district and Botanical Gardens. Our apartment is a nice 10 minute walk from the heart of all that, which is the Byres Road. Walking distance to public transport into Glasgow City Centre, plus regular train links to Edinburgh. 20 mins cab ride from Glasgow International Airport. 30-40 minutes from the start of the Highlands and the seaside.
