We are finishing the renovation of this beautiful village house in Girondine stones. You will be seduced by the charm of its old features combined with modern comfort. The house is bright and spacious. The decor has been carefully chosen. The space Our house is located in the heart of a charming village at the entrance to the Médoc. You will be at the start of the magnificent "Route des Châteaux" but also 45 minutes from Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage village, as well as 1 hour from the Bassin d'Arcachon. And most importantly, less than 30 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. We have been renovating this house for almost 6 years. We still have to renovate the laundry room. We also have to change the synthetic turf. Guests can take advantage of the heated pool from May to September (3.5 x 7.3 m) and the petanque court On the ground floor is the media room, which opens onto a large living area (small lounge, dining room and kitchen). The 25 m2 Terracotta suite is located on the ground floor near the entrance to the house. Facing south, the room is bathed in sunlight. You can enjoy a comfortable 160 × 200 bed and its private bathroom consisting of a toilet, a double sink and a shower cubicle with jets. Upstairs on the street side is our bedroom, as well as those of our children. On the garden side, a second suite is also available for rental. We have all the equipment to accommodate a baby or a child. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the house on the ground floor. It is included in the price. Guest access Guests can enjoy the TV lounge, as well as the heated pool (from May to September). However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we still need to change the synthetic turf. Guests are not allowed to bring or consume food in the bedroom. We make our dining room available for that. In fine food, we are at your disposal to recommend a restaurant for your dinner. During your stay We are available to guests for any questions or requests. We can also offer table d'hôtes on request and reservation. We'll be happy to introduce you to regional specialties. Other things to note The house is entirely non-smoking. For people with allergies, we have 2 cats: Nina and Chloé.
