The space This is it!! A private guesthouse nestled on a quiet street of cute cottages. Just a short stroll to the beach. This property provides a unique two unit floor plan with tall ceilings, adequate privacy, and loads of separate living spaces inside and out. The second floor and first floor spaces are completely separate from each other. Whether you have two couples or older children, the layout gives everyone the space they desire to feel relaxed and comfortable. No high rises on the West End of the beach. Less than 1 mile to the grocery store. Tasteful modern decor, and all furnishings are less than 2 years old. Located between Lagauna & Rosemary beach and just minutes from fine dining, shopping & entertainment along 30A or Pier Park 5 miles away. Easy walk to the public beach access. Furnishings & beds were selected for their comfort and are higher end. New appliances, includes washer and dryer. Smart tv’s have sound bar. AC & ceiling fans keep the house cool in the summer as well as a fireplace heater for winter months. Control the temperature to your comfort level. You are going to feel at home as everything you need is here. Kitchen is fully stocked, fast fiber internet included. We have beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for your use, (just message for access). Patio area includes a propane grill, private deck, and outdoor heated shower. This guesthouse offers a 650 square foot second floor with a king bedroom and full bathroom and covered porch where you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. The first floor is also 650sqft and includes a studio queen bedroom with kitchenette and private bathroom, plus a bonus room. The lower level has no steps and may be a good option for guests with mobility restrictions. Please note the lower and upper units all have exterior entrances. This set up may not work well for travelers with small children. There is a security system that can be used by guests, as well as four exterior cameras. 2 driveway parking spots are available Guest access Guesthouse is accessible by parking on the front driveway and walking through the gate to the back. Guests may use the entire yard and patio. The attic space in the guesthouse is private and locked. Laundry is located on first floor.
