Seminole, TX Private Entry Detached Guest Space

Private detached guest space, w/ private entry attached to our shop, and is the only AirBnb on our 5 acre property. The property is located 5 miles south of Seminole. We are 1 mile west of Hwy 385. The 215 sq ft space has one room with a queen-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a 5 function panel shower. There is a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge; we've included water & snacks. You'll find a peaceful patio seating area & parking outside of the private entry. The space LOCATION: Our guest space is about 65 feet away from the back door of our main home. Our backyard metal fence runs alongside the patio seating area where the private entry to the guest space is located. You can park right outside the patio seating area. The guest space is attached to our large shop, which you won't have access to. We are located out in the country so you'll see amazing sunsets and sunrises. THE SPACE: You'll find snacks, breakfast items, and water available. There is also a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. We've got k-cups for you. The 215 sq. ft. space is smaller in size, but is very comfortable and functional. We have hosted many long term guests. There is a desk seating area and a Roku smart TV, with a subscription to Hulu. The guest space is heated and cooled by a mini split unit. The temperature display is in Celsius, but conversion is easy. We've included a conversion chart on the wall. Black-out curtains allow for easy sleeping during day light hours. We have provided a Big Red Rooster sound machine as well as a personal fan for your comfort. BATHROOM: Toilet, sink, and panel shower. We've got the shampoo and body wash covered. Extra towels, Kleenex, hair dryer, and lotion are also provided. If you forget anything we have some toiletry items available upon request. OUTDOOR SPACE: Parking is right outside of your private entry and outdoor patio area. If you need big rig parking, or a place to park your truck and trailer, let us know so we can give you specific instructions. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. You can enjoy the view of our garden and the open skies. We have some outside farm cats that roam around. They are all friendly. CLEANING & RESTOCKING: A quick cleaning and changing of linens is offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for guests staying longer than one week. Although we try to accommodate wants and needs for shorter term guests, we aren't set up to do daily cleaning and restocking like a hotel.
