Newer Quiet Clean Private Casita

Enjoy your time in beautiful So Utah and relax in our very comfortable and quiet casita. We are close to shopping and recreational areas in St George. Within minutes, you can be in downtown St George, or out to the airport to come and go as you please. Zion National Park is close by as is Tuacahn Performing Arts and Snow Canyon State Park. Lots of outdoor activities await you to enjoy with family or friends. Self check In is very easy with your own code to the lock. Owners on site if needed. The space This casita has its own separate, private entrance. There is also a courtyard with sitting area for your enjoyment. As we are all aware, there are currently concerns surrounding travel throughout the world at this time. We wanted to update you on what we are doing to make sure you have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. Our Casita has always enjoyed a perfect 5 star rating for cleanliness and we are very proud of this. We use a professional cleaning company and have been in contact with them about using increased measures to insure the Casita is throughly cleaned and disinfected in between each guest visit. They have been taking direction and guidance from the local health departments and implementing those recommendations into their cleaning procedures. These include things like using Clorox disinfecting wipes on all “touch surfaces”. They are cleaning not only the countertops, tile work, shelves, washer and dryer and other surfaces, but also the smaller things like remotes, salt and pepper shakers, door handles, lamps and other smaller items. They also steam clean our floors and use a disinfectant spray on our furniture as well. Once a guest checks out, we use an Ozium spray to clean the air so when you come to check in, you can feel secure that where you are staying is safe, clean, and comfortable. Other things to note Unless you have approval from the hosts, the maximum occupancy of the Casita is 4 adults. Our space is really not designed to handle more than 4 people comfortably.
