Bothy with a view and large garden near Edinburgh

Situated just 9 miles from Edinburgh and with lovely views of the Pentland Hills from the garden, this welcoming Bothy is the perfect base for a relaxing break away. The property is very well furnished and decorated. The area is superb for walking with many waymarked routes around and many options to choose in the Pentland Hills Regional Park. There are frequent buses from Straiton Park & Ride into Edinburgh, making it simple to relax and enjoy the city. The space We have a biomass boiler which means that the house will be warm all the time. This is great especially in the winter! If you have extra guests to stay, we also have a sofa bed in the kitchenette/living room. Guest access You will have access to the whole of the Bothy. You will also have access to the garden, and at request can use the fire pit.
